Jade Fish is a currency in Where Winds Meet that fuels the entire seasonal economy, and the game wants you to hit the 20,000 Jade Fish weekly cap to purchase the best items from the Season Shop. There’s good news and bad news: almost every activity you do in Where Winds Meet gives Jade Fish, but some sources are slow, some are capped, and a few players struggle to reach the 20k limit because they don’t know effective ways. So, here’s how to farm more Jade Fish and which activities net you the most currency.
How to Get Jade Fish in Where Winds Meet

The Engagement Hub is the best source to farm Jade Fish in WWM because everything there—combat, co-op, exploration tasks—gives rewards. Energy-related activities like open-world bosses are a solid way, but Energy-free ones are way better to get to the cap limit. By completing Energy engagements, you’ll receive Jade Fish, Cosmetic/Upgrade Chests, and extra resources you can spend in the Season Shop to buy valuable items like Garment Design Shard.
You don’t need Energy to earn 20k weekly Jade Fish. The game has multiple repeatable modes that give the currency endlessly unless you have the quota left to collect more.
Bounties in which you kill NPC grant roughly 500 Jade Fish each, and no limit on how many you can run. Pardon Parade is another reliable loop, which also gives 500 Jade Fish per run and lets you chain attempts, with Adventure Slips as a side bonus. Trial boss fights also reward the game currency even on repeated encounters, and they don’t need Energy, which makes them an exciting source for fight lovers to earn as many Jade Fish as they can while completing challenge objectives.
Further, daily leisure modes such as Blessed Land, Five Animal Frolics, Scholar’s Hearth, Group Diagnosis, and Well of Heaven Special Training give guaranteed Jade Fish once a day and take only a few minutes each. Then there is Heart of the Healer co-op that often pays even several hundred currency in a single try, along with large amounts of social progression. You can do it all over the week, and also farm Silver Needle Merit with it.

Other Ways to Earn Jade Fish
Gathering, crafting, and fishing all generate Jade Fish, but they’re capped sources, so they aren’t as good as other sources. You can fish, collect plants, and chop bamboo to get 400 Jade Fish in a day, and if you craft, it adds another maximum of 2500 for the whole week. Similarly, Tai Chi fishing is a way to stock another 400 a day, but you’ll only catch normal fish without Jade Fish.
Co-op content, Vendettas, and spontaneous world events also offer this currency, since just about every multiplayer or open-world activity provides the stock without consuming Energy. You can join a guild to increase farm rate, since the Guild Technique menu’s Wealth tab lets guild members upgrade a Jade Fish bonus that applies to every activity.
