The location to find it is where a trio of Ulcerated Tree Spirits keep watch over it in the Ashen Capital’s eastern end, just outside the gates leading into the Forbidden Lands.
Get a quick visit to the Forbidden Lands using the Site of Grace in Leyndell. After that, travel through the bridge as fast as possible, and progress by taking the lift available in that area. From this place, look down from the balcony’s corner after departing the lift. If you look closely, you will see two enormous rotting creatures and branches sticking out of the ground. It becomes easier for you to get in and around as you don’t need to kill those giants and can move on by ignoring them.
You will find the Erdtree’s Favor +2 talisman on a bigger branch of a tree in the center of a wide courtyard situated on the Capital’s east.
