The Hullcracker is an explosive pump-action launcher purpose-built to delete ARC armor and open fights with authority in ARC Raiders. Unlike many weapons that drop out in the wild, the Hullcracker blueprint is obtained through a specific quest, and you have to complete it to unlock the weapon and its ammo recipe. How to Get the Hullcracker Weapon Blueprint in ARC Raiders
You can get the Hullcracker blueprint by completing The Major’s Footlocker, a Tian Wen quest. As quest conclusion rewards, you receive both the Hullcracker weapon blueprint and the launcher ammo blueprint. You can also buy the Hullcracker blueprint from Tian Wen for 30,000.
To unlock the mission, you must first progress through a string of quests, and the quick way is to progress Tian Wen’s story. The path to The Major’s Footlocker generally follows this flow:

The Major’s Footlocker Quest
The Major’s Footlocker sends you to the Ruby Residence apartments in the northwest of the Dam Battlegrounds. You have two objectives to complete: find Major Aiva’s Mementos, then safely extract with them and bring them back to Tian Wen.
The item is inside the leftmost apartment building (the one slightly separated from the pair beside it). Climb stairs from the ground floor to the second and then from the second to the third floor (not the rooftop). Once on top, enter the room through the door just right behind the stairs, and follow the hallway around to the last room on the left to find a desk with a box on it with Major Aiva’s Mementos inside. Pick up the item, stash it in a Safe Pocket if you have the augment, and extract.
From the residence building, the closest extracts are:
- North Complex Elevator (safe route)
- Central Swamp Lift (usually busy)
Head back to Tian Wen in Speranza. Once you hand over the item, she gives you the Hullcracker Blueprint. Use the blueprint at your Workbench to unlock Hullcracker’s weapon crafting and ammo crafting.
How to Craft the Hullcracker in ARC Raiders
The Hullcracker is crafted at Gunsmith Level 3, so you’ll need your workbench fully leveled before the base version can be made.

- 1 Exodus Module
The Exodus Module is mostly the limiting factor for early-game players; Heavy Gun Parts are salvaged easily from unwanted weapons.
