In Escape from Tarkov, the First in Line quest is a task given to you by the Therapist at level 1. He introduces himself as a doctor who helps the civilians in Tarkov and asks for your cooperation. He wants you to locate the Emercom station on Ground Zero, a new map that was added in the 0.14 patch. You also have to hand over any 3 medicine items that you can find in the city. In return, you will receive some handsome rewards after finishing the task.
How to Complete the First in Line in Escape from Tarkov
To complete the EFT First in Line mission, you need to do two things: find and go to the Emercom Checkpoint and hand over 3 medicine items to the Therapist. Here are some tips on how to do that:
- The Emercom station is located in the southwest corner of the Ground Zero map, in front of the Unity Credit Bank. You can recognize it by the medical tents and ambulances that are parked there. You can also see the map below to find its exact location more easily:
- To find the medicine items, you can obtain them from the medical tent available there or you can search various locations on the map, such as pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, or even dead bodies. Some of the common medicine items are bandages, painkillers, splints, syringes, or morphine. You can also buy them from Therapists or other traders, but they have to be found in a raid, meaning that you have to survive and extract with them.
- Once you have 3 medicine items, you can go to the Therapist’s menu and click on the Tasks tab. There, you can see the First in Line quest and the option to hand over the items. You can drag and drop the items from your stash or your character to the quest window and click to complete the challenge.
What are the Rewards After Completing the First in Line Quest?
Once you have completed the given task, you will receive the following rewards from the Therapist:
- +1,200 EXP
- Therapist Rep +0.01
- 6,400 Roubles
- 6,720 Roubles with Intelligence Center Level 1
- 7,360 Roubles with Intelligence Center Level 2
- 1× Factory plan map
- 2× Bottle of water (0.6L)
The factory plan map is a valuable item that shows you the layout of the Factory map, one of the most popular and chaotic maps in Escape from Tarkov. You can use it to plan your routes, find exits, or avoid enemies. The bottle of water is a consumable item that restores your hydration, which is very crucial for your survival.
