How to Start the God Disposes Quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

To trigger God Disposes, you’ll need to have completed the quest “Man Proposes” from the Brushes with Death DLC. After wrapping that up, talk to Master Voyta again at his workshop in Kuttenberg. This time, he will talk about a friend of his—also named Voyta and ask Henry to visit the man’s grave to say a prayer. He doesn’t give you an exact location, but he drops a few breadcrumbs about a ruined barn, a tree, and a spot near the village of Mesoles.

Where to Find the Grave By Three Trunks Tree in KCD2

Finding the grave isn’t too hard, but there are a few twists in the terrain that can trip you up. Here’s a breakdown of exactly where to go and what to look for:

1. Head to Mesoles – Start by going to the center of the village, where your quest marker will point.
2. Go Northeast – Head in that direction until you find a stream and what looks like the remains of a collapsed barn.
3. Walk through the barn – Keep moving through it until you spot a wooden fence.
4. Undecided Duel Point of Interest – Just past the fence, you’ll find a spot with two men’s corpses on the ground.
5. Stick to the Fence and Stream – Walk alongside the stream heading slightly northeast.
6. Enter the Edge of the Woods – Move to the right from where the field ends by climbing to the other side of the fence, and the woods begin.
7. Look for a Trunk Tree – You’re looking for a pretty distinct tree: it has three trunks without leaves. The grave is right in front of the tree.

Clean Up the Grave

When you find the grave, it’s a mess. Before Henry can say a proper prayer, you’ll be prompted to clean it up. Just interact with the burial part, and Henry will tidy it with a bit of care.

Pray at the Grave

Should You Dig the Grave in KCD 2?

If you like to push boundaries, you’ll notice you can dig up the grave after the prayer. Interact with the grave three times to get Henry to go through with it to find a headless skeleton inside. Henry will comment on the skull and wonder about a connection to one of Voyta’s paintings.

When you go back and confess to Master Voyta, he’ll get mad at first, but then he’ll admit he did the same wild thing himself. So, you’re not the only one who was curious. After a short chat, he lets it go, and the progress moves on with the unlock of the “Rest In One Piece” achievement.
