How to Align Antennas to Complete Signal Decryption in Battlefield 6 REDSEC

Here's how to complete the Signal Decryption contract and claim your high-tier loot before enemies do.

Signal Decryption is a Contract Mission in Battlefield 6 REDSEC Battle Royale mode, in which you need to align two antennas in a specific direction to increase the radio beacon strength and decrypt data. When you accept the contract, your map highlights the two antenna points you need to reach. You can complete the mission solo, but it’ll be a quick job if a teammate handles the second antenna while you set the alignment of the first. What must be done is to align both antennas until their signal strength reaches full synchronization, 100% to unlock the final decryption step.

How to Complete the Align Antennas Mission in Battlefield 6 REDSEC

Battlefield 6 REDSEC antenna aligned correctly

Get to one antenna, interact with it, and you’ll be able to move the antenna’s direction for alignment. Once you do, two indicators appear on the screen — horizontal and vertical alignment meters — along with a Signal Strength percentage. The antenna will project a visible red laser beam that shows its current direction.

Move the antenna slowly across both axes with the eyes on the Signal Strength percentage. You need to keep moving it until it reaches a full 100% alignment, which is confirmed when the interface turns green and you see the ‘Antenna Aligned’ confirmation message above the percentage text. This process might require small, precise adjustments; even being a few degrees off can drop the signal below 100%.

Remember, you’re completely exposed to enemy attacks and defenceless until you control the antenna. You can’t fire or move freely, so make sure your teammates cover you, or the area is clear of enemies. Once the first antenna is locked, repeat the same process on the second one, or your squadmate might also have done so at the same time. When doing it solo, the game will prompt you to align one, then the other.

Capture the Hack Signal Zone

Once both antennas are aligned properly, move to the Hack Signal zone marked nearby to end the decryption. Stand in the area to begin the capture, which usually takes around 30 seconds if you’re alone, but teammates reduce the capture time. Stay alert in the process. You’re visible to other players, and enemies can interrupt or reset your progress with a push. Hold your ground in the capture zone until the progress bar completes to finish the Signal Decryption.

Signal Decryption Mission Rewards

Once the decryption is complete, you’ll receive a reward airdrop that lands near your position, usually after about 15 seconds. The crate contains useful loot such as UAVs, powerful weapons, extra ammo, or equipment.

Other teams can see the drop falling from the sky, and their mouth will obviously fill with water to taste your loot, so expect uninvited guests. It’s not as intense as a full custom weapon drop, but smart squads usually love to move toward these reward zones to steal easy loot. Treat other parties with some bullets before you open the crate to avoid getting shot when you loot.
