Report Says the Release Date for God of War: Ragnarok is Set for November

By GamesRecon

God of War: Ragnarok, Sony’s high-profile upcoming game, is expected to arrive in November, according to reports. There is still a chance that the game will be late again, as Bloomberg reports. According to other rumors, the PS4 and PS5 versions may be delayed until 2023, but that has not happened yet.

According to Bloomberg, we will likely get the official and confirmed release date for God of War: Ragnarok by the end of this month. But be ready because we may also see a further delay as nothing has been finalized for now. It was initially scheduled to be released in September but was subsequently moved to November. Sony has not yet announced the release date of Ragnarok; therefore, don’t treat any of this news too seriously just yet.

Injuries to Kratos actor Christopher Judge forced the rescheduling of God of War: Ragnarok’s release date from its initial target of 2021. This year, we will not see much harder competition for PS4 and PS5 title as Starfield from Microsoft and Bethesda has been postponed until 2023.

According to the game’s animation director, it will still be released in 2022, despite many beliefs that we will not see this adventure fun until 2023. At the start of 2022, we had also received a statement from God of War: Ragnarok’s developer Cory Barlog who said each member of the game’s production team has “heads-down, hard at work.”

There will be more information on Ragnarok soon since “we are perfectionists,” Barlog stated. “We don’t want to keep any of this from anyone else. Just hang on; something exciting is about to happen.”
