Players from all across the world are ready to start putting in long hours playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and completing its missions full of War and action. Anyone who preordered the game on PlayStation can now enter the Modern Warfare 2 open beta as it has gone live.
Players who preordered the game on PS4 or PS5 will have access to the beta for the early two days. All owners of PlayStation consoles can join the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 beta program starting on Sunday, September 18th. The extra two days of early access is provided to only those who preordered the game as a bonus reward.
The open beta would only offer a small selection of the weapons, bonuses, maps, and modes that will be available in the original game once it launches on October 28.
By progressing through levels in the beta, players get access to features in the final release. At the end of the beta, players who have reached the maximum level (that is presently set to level 30) will unlock a variety of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 aesthetics.
There will be a brief break till the next testing week starts on September 22. The current weekend for the Modern Warfare 2 beta will end on September 20.
