The expansion adds a new plot featuring Tala, a former cult renegade who travels with Jeff, an amiable Ridden Tallboy sidekick. Besides the new guns, equipment, and cards, River of Blood also has 12 unique weapon skins and 8 character skins.
The Back 4 Blood Annual Pass, the Deluxe Edition, the Ultimate Edition, and the standalone versions all include the River of Blood DLC. The game is available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
